Sofia is an experienced business leader with over ten years of customer relationship management and business process optimization. As VP of Business Operations at eMatrix, she leads the development of go-to-market strategies while managing multifaceted customer relationships. Prior to joining eMatrix, Sofia served as the Global Markets Carbon Analyst at BMO Radicle, and before that, she served as the Business Unit Manager at Romeo Power. Sofia has extensive experience working in early-stage startups and has leveraged her expertise and drive to elevate the companies she’s been a part of to great exit successes. She is data-driven, process-oriented, and determined to do purposeful work that positively impacts the environment.
