Office Assistant


Reports to: CFO

Purpose

The Office Assistant will coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. The tasks will include book-keeping and providing support and assistance to staff members. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and the highest degree of professionalism
  • Manage phones, reception, and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc)
  • Ensure proper inventory of office supplies, snacks, and drinks
  • Provide timely and accurate processing of accounts payables on a weekly basis
  • Data entry (credit and debits) into accounting system in support of the payables work
  • Develop and maintain reports and files on the accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and other procurement documents
  • Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
  • Record credit card expense transactions
  • Maintain good working relationship with staff
  • Assist in coordinating staff travel arrangements
  • Support executive staff with paperwork and scheduling
  • Work with managers to maintain facilities at peak shape

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator or similar 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or similar
  • Demonstrated success in performing basic office operations
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • 1+ years in Accounts Payable, or Logistics, or HR Payroll, or Operations, or Sustainability
  • Startup experience or internship

The Manufacturing Process Engineer is assigned to the manufacturing department charged with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the production processes needed to deliver products to customers. Designs and implements systems and equipment procedures used in manufacturing facilities. Their main duties include testing and monitoring equipment, updating current system processes and conducting risk assessments. This is a generalist position requiring wide ranging manufacturing and assembly background in component and vehicle level operations.
