Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of eMatrix, Cherie is responsible for the company’s financial
strategies and multi-million dollar finance organization covering P&L, tax, treasury,
accounting, financial operations, and planning. Additionally, she is responsible for
communication with an international base of investors and stakeholders.

Prior to joining eMatrix, Cherie held various roles in global Fortune 500 companies
within the Automotive, Retail, and Technology industries. Her 15+ year career has
spanned business innovation, corporate tax, finance transformation, FP&A, operational
strategy, and M&A.

Cherie graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business double
majoring in Computer Information Systems and Accounting. She earned her MBA with a
concentration in Finance, also from Eastern Michigan University, where she attended with full academic scholarship. She is an alumni of the Mercedes-Benz Daimler AG
global leadership development program, and has completed post-graduate studies in Human-Centered Design Thinking, and Venture Capital Finance.
